The conduction of stimulating lotteries by commercial organizations in January-February 2010 has grown by 13.3% over 2009.
According to sources in the State Committee of Securities of Azerbaijan, the country recorded 17 promotion actions as at March 1 against 15 actions in January-February 2009.
"In 2010 the state Azerlotereya held 10 lotteries in the contract against 6 throughout the same period of 2009", the sources said.
No violations have been revealed in the reported period.
Azerlotereya is a state monopolist in organization and conduction of lottery games.
