The dynamics of sales deals on the car market of Baku dropped by 1.9% in February 2010.
According to sources in the public association of the Real Estate Market Participants, the planned decisions of the government (application of Euro standards and restriction of old cars import) have deteriorated the situation on the market.
"7,700 cars were on sale on the second-hand market in February including 55.1% of the previous months. Studies have shown that in the month the market received mostly old cars that do not meet European standards", the statement reads.
The average price on the car market remained $15,380.
