Contests in freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling on the 90th anniversary of the Turkish Parliament will start in Ankara today.
The news service for the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation told News.Az that the contest “Turk-PA Cup” will involve sportsmen from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Our country in Ankara will be represented by seven freestyle and 10 Greco-Roman wrestlers.
Freestyle wrestlers are Jeyhun Aliyev (55 kg), Haybulla Shaalov (60), Ruslan Dibirhajiyev (66), Alig Guliyev (74), Novruz Temrezov (84), Jemaleddin Magomedov (96) and Tohtar Temrezov (120).
Greco-Roman wrestlers Taleh Mammadov (55), Orhan Ahmedov (55), Anar Asadov (60), Fuad Aliyev (60), Rustam Aliyev (66), Emin Ahmedov (74), Elvin Mursaliyev (74), Asif Arzumanov (84), Araz Hasanov (96) and Zaur Mehraliyev (120).
