Irada Ashumova
European championship in shooting involving Azerbaijani representatives has started in Norwegian Meraker.
According to News.Az, prize winner of 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Irada Ashumova, and her niece Nigar Bagirova have already taken part in 10m Air Pistol contests. Both of them gained the same number of points – 376 each. Bagirova is on the 31st place and Ashumova is 32rd among 54 participants. Serbian Bobana Velickovic became the European champion.
Ruslan Lunev represents Azerbaijan in the male contests.
