The final round has started in the Unibank Premier league of the Azerbaijani football championship.
According to News.Az, after the two round contest with participation of 12 teams the clubs were divided into two groups. The first group of six is fighting for medals and the second for the preservation of the participation in the Premier league. Meanwhile, the points of the teams gained in the matches with their opponents are taken into account.
Baki beat Karabakh 2:0 in the match of the main six, while Khazar-Lenkoran beat Gabala 4:1. Thanks to this success, the Lenkoran team became the leader, while today Inter will be able to return the first place in the match with Neftchi.
