Turkish troops will defend Lachin corridor.

Turkey says it is ready to join international peacekeeping forces in the region after the solution of Nagorno Karabakh problem between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Turkish diplomatic sources told Haberturk.com.

“Turkish troops are expected to join peacekeepers for security of Lachin corridor, which links Nagorno Karabakh with Armenia. Armenia will withdraw its forces from five out of occupied seven regions just after the agreement is reached between Yerevan and Baku, but withdrawal from Lachin and Kelbajar can take 5-8 years”, said the sources.
