The order says: The below-mentioned servicemen of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan Republic are rewarded for high professionalism displaced in defending Azerbaijani statehood, maintenance of public safety, discharge of the duties and performance the tasks set before the military unit:

Mamedbeyli Azi Rasim oglu – the senior sergeant (posthumously)
Husseinnov Idrak Agamoglan oglu – the soldier (posthumously)
Khaniyev Mansum Rahmat oglu – the soldier (posthumously)

Medal “For military services”:

Alıyev Fuad Muhammadali oglu – colonel
Husseinov Tofig Vagif oglu – lieutenant colonel
Mammedov Hussein Elkhan oglu – lieutenant colonel

Jafarov Mahmud Mirzamamed oglu – captain

President Aliyev has signed an order on conferring the “Honoured Artist” on ensign Rena Nurush gizi Aliyeva for the services in the development of musical art in Azerbaijan and long-term productive activity in the internal troops.

The president has signed an order on conferring Vagif Gudrat oglu Suleimanov on the “Honorable Doctor” for the services in the development of public health in Azerbaijan Republic.

Ilham ALiyev signed order on perpetuate Mammed Araz’s (Mammed Infil oglu Ibrahimov) memory.

According to the presidential order, the Executive Power of Baku is entrusted to name one of Baku’s streets in honor of outstanding representative of Azerbaijani literature, national poet Mammed Araza and to attach the memorial board to the building (9 Istiglaliyyat street), in which he lived.
