Implementation of one of the construction and tourism projects of Emin Aghalarov son of famous Russian entrepreneur of Azerbaijani origin Araz Aghalarov, is conducted under the earlier set schedule.
The works on the construction of the apart-hotel in Nardaran settlement near Baku have been completed by 70%.
“The completion of the work under the project is expected by July 2010”, said sources in the project.
This will be a boutique hotel for 20 rooms to locate on the first and the second floors of the building. The flats will be on the 4-5th floors. Aghalarov is also implementing the project of construction of 65 A class cottages at an area of 25 hectares in the same settlement.

The preparation for the commissioning of the first part of the campus is currently nearing completion.
“The cottages have already been constructed and work is currently underway for creation of the infrastructure. The works will be fully completed in 2-3 months”, the project says.
The first part will include 25 cottages. On the whole, there is a plan to build 65 A class cottages at an area of 25 hectares.
The project has been initiated and implemented by Emin Aghalarov, son of famous Russian entrepreneus of Azerbaijani origin, Araz Aghalarov.
