Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev has received special envoy of the Iranian president on Caspian affairs Mehdi Safari.

On March 11 Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received special envoy of the Iranian president on Caspian affairs, Mehdi Safari.

The sides exchanged views on relations between the two countries, cooperation in energy and a number of other issues.
