According to HP Company, "National computer" project aims at promoting teachers of general education schools to get computers on favorable terms – with opportunity of monthly payment during 12 months. Project is implemented by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Education and NR and Microsoft companies
The teacher should visit the site of the project http://www.xalqkomp.az and choose a model of the computer, which he wishes to get. Further it is necessary to print and fill in a contract, which is placed in the site as well.
The contract, signed by a teacher, should be confirmed a head master and is sent via mail to Department of Information Systems of Education Management of the Ministry of Education (or to Department of Information Society Development of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies).
After check and approval of the contract by BestComp Group Company, carrying out sale, a copy of the contract and an ordered computer are sent to the address of a customer (to a school). Payments for credits are made by the buyer monthly, under terms of the contract.
The participants of the project can enjoy additional prizes: a person, who will pay cost of a computer over 3, 6 or 9 months, will receive multifunction printers of NR and a flash-card as a gift.
