Azerbaijan and Turkey continue work on elimination of the visa regime, Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov said.
"We continue working at these issues, there are some bureaucratic problems here and we will sign the agreement after the settlement of these problems", Mammadyarov told reporters in Baku.
The minister did not rule out possible signing of this document by the end of this year.
