The State Fund of Social Protection of Azerbaijan has been yet unable to ensure all employees with personal certificates about social insurance.
According to sources in the fund, the certificates have been printed only for 88.47% of registered insurers.
"On the whole, the system has registered 1,807,337 insurers. Individual accounts have been opened for 1,606,248 of them, while the certificates were printed for 1,598,987,000 insurers.
By results of 2009 the system recorded 1,641,064 people. The system of individual account of payers is applied in Azerbaijan from 1 January 2006 on the basis of the law "On labor pensions". The system will allow passing to insurance pensions in period until 2015.
