Mikheil Saakashvili

President Mikheil Saakashvili’s inner circle has been deeply concerned about his life lately.

Russian news agency Utro.ru reports that Georgian sources note about it, who inform that Russian special services intend to remove the undesirable regime of Saakashvili and appoint their protégé.

‘Many political scientists consider that Russians pursued this aim when breaking into Georgia forcing its way to Tbilisi in the course of Georgian-Ossetian conflict. But timely interference of USA and Europe foiled plan of the Russian special services and attempt on the president’s life is planned now,’ Utro.ru reports.

The Russian edition reports that Georgian source is sure that president’s life and security is in imminent danger. Russian official defence departments make no comments on the information.
