A park and a prospect named after national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev will appear in Turkish Kars.
The Azerbaijani cultural and historical museum, fountains and resort places will be built in the park to be created at initiative of the Azerbaijani consulate in Kars.
Azerbaijan's general consul in Kars Hasan Zeynalov familiarized with the project of the park along with governor Ahmed Gara and municipality chairman Nevzat Bozkush.
The project of the park has been developed by the Baku architects.
