Jerome Glenn will make a report “The global forecasting system to help strategic planning: case studies on energy security”.

On March 3 chairman of the Millennium project Jerome Clayton will speak at the Center for Strategic Research (CSR) under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a report "The global forecasting system to help strategic planning: case studies on energy security

According to the news service for SRC, Jerome Glenn has 35 years experience in the field of science and technology policy, economics, education, defense, forecasting methodology, international communication and decision-making system for the Millennium project, the Committee of the Future, Hudson Institute, in the field of futures studies regarding the government, international organizations and private industry. Glenn created a private consulting company (Future Alternatives Space) on these areas and works in it as an independent consultant.

He was deputy director of PFP International, dealing with the national strategic planning, institutional design, training, microcredit, assessment of economic development in countries in such regions as Africa, Middle East, Asia, Caribbean and Latin America, in 1983 he founded the  CARİNET computer network (now owned by Network CGNET), acted as a consultant for international organizations for such organizations as USAİD, World Bank, UNDP, UNU, UNEP, UNESCO, DOE, as well as several states and corporations.

Jerome Glenn  is an author of over 100 scientific publications and several fundamental works.
